Cancellations & Refunds

A. Cancellation Policy:

We offer the flexibility to cancel and reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. For cancellations requests within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly by phone. These last-minute cancellations are subject to our ability to accommodate your request based on our current schedule.

B. Refund Policy:

We strive to provide the best service possible. However, please be aware that once a service is booked, we are unable to offer refunds. 

Amendment Procedures

Deb's Education reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai.
